Financial Risk Management System (FRMS)
The Financial Risk Management System (FRMS) is a CDPHE program that assesses the financial risk factors of local public health agencies (LPHAs) as well as Tribal governments located in Colorado.
Implementation of the FRMS model is intended to streamline the efficiency of CDPHE fiscal reviews of LPHAs and Tribes by eliminating supporting documentation with every CDPHE invoice, and centralizing LPHA and Tribal fiscal reviews with FRMS staff.
