As part of the assessment and planning process, we gathered information to figure out how Colorado is doing on the health and environment front.
We sought feedback via surveys, social media, meetings and gatherings with advisory members, local governments, nonprofit organizations, youth, faith communities and businesses regarding topics such as suicide, obesity and the climate. We used the information we gathered to help shape our assessment and plans.

Additionally, rather than only publishing a data report, an innovative mural project was funded with support from a RedLine Arts in Society grant.
These murals visualize the public health assessment results and priorities in eight communities across the state. See the mural descriptions, locations and photos here.
